7. RESOLUTION AND TIMEFRAME

   2. If we require further information or documents from you, we will contact you using the details provided in the Complaint & Content Removal Form or included in the email you used to send us your complaint or report content.
   3. If we determine that the reported content is illegal, it will be removed immediately upon assessment and verification of its illegality, and we will notify you by email.
   4. All complaints will be reviewed and resolved no later than within 7 business days from the date of the receipt of the content removal request. Within this timeframe, we will inform the complainant about our findings and the actions that were taken.
8. APPEAL AND CONSENT VERIFICATION PROCESS
